BEAM brings together the strengths of OneSource Center for Nonprofit Excellence, Leadership Council for Nonprofits, and Social Venture Partners Cincinnati to create a single organization focused on building nonprofit capacity, developing leaders, engaging philanthropists, and fostering stronger connections across our nonprofit community.

While our name is new, our commitment remains the same. Together, we’re building on decades of experience serving nonprofit organizations throughout Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky, and we’re excited about what we can accomplish together.

Meet Our Inaugural CEO

Elizabeth 'Beth' Benson

As BEAM Center for Nonprofits begins this exciting new chapter, we’re proud to introduce Elizabeth “Beth” Benson as our inaugural Chief Executive Officer.

Beth brings a deep understanding of the nonprofit sector and a collaborative leadership style shaped by years of working alongside nonprofit leaders throughout Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. Most recently, she served as Executive Director of Leadership Council for Nonprofits, where she helped strengthen organizations, develop leaders, and foster meaningful collaboration across the nonprofit community.

As CEO of BEAM, Beth will lead the integration of OneSource Center for Nonprofit Excellence, Leadership Council for Nonprofits, and Social Venture Partners Cincinnati while guiding the organization’s continued growth and service to the region.
